I arrived at skipper bay trail about 2:30 PM, and the BYU ornithology class, and hundreds of waterfowl were present.  By 4:30 PM, the number of waterfowl had risen to over a thousand, and more were coming in for the night.  The sky, water, and land were starting to fill up.
