[ucbnet] The after-the-field-trip party was a hoot

As the Jazz game contingency from the Rock Canyon field trip pulled into my driveway, Eric good-ears-good-eyes Huish pointed out that there was a WESTERN SCREEDH-OWL hooting in a nearby tree.  After he gave his two-hand owl call -- sounded just like the bird -- the owl hoped out onto a wire and continued to hoot as we all watched and listened biocs in hand.  The game didn't turn out as we had wished by the pre-game show was spectacular!
