Today, for the first time ever, we had a summer tanager in the back yard.  We also currently have 1 western tanager, 13 bullocks orioels, 5 black headed grosbeaks, 2 yellow warblers, 3 yellow-rumped warblers, a green tailed towee, hummers and a slew of pine siskins, goldfinches, cassins and still a chickadee who is making a nest in the apple tree.
