Hi Guys,
I just got off the phone with Jay Banta, USFW Supervisor at Fish Springs NWR, who found a BLACK PHOEBE in the refuge housing area today. It is a first for the refuge and is an unusually northern record for this species.
It was very cooperative, and was photographed.
If you go out please remember to check-in and obtain permission to bird around the private houses.
