[ucbnet] Time change on the March 22 UCB field trip.

  FYI.  We forgot about the daylight savings change.  For the March 22 walk along the Skipper Bay Trail we will meet at 8:00 a.m. not 7:00a.m.
   
   
  March 22 (Sat): Skipper Bay Trail - Led by Lynn Garner - meet at the Skipper Bay Trail parking lot at 8:00 am. West on Provo Center Street, turn right after crossing the river, then turn left.
