[ucbnet] White/Gray Falcon?

I have twice, now, seen an all white/light gray (from below) falcon(?) glide between homes in my neighborhood over the past week.  I have not yet found it perched or been able to view with field glasses nor camera lens. 

My estimate is somewhat larger than a kestral, but nowhere near the size of the peregrine chicks on the Hotel Utah.  Other identifiers not known.

Any ideas?
