I have enjoyed the postings of many for the past few years but never felt like I had any newsworthy sightings...however this morning as I was shoveling snow and was listening to the birds and at closer inspection I saw some yellow bellies. I ran in and got my binoculars and low and to my amazement there were about 100-150 Cedar and Bohemian waxwinges in the trees. I could sit in my kitchen window and look out into the trees just a few yards away and watch them eat the berries off the tress. It was awesome to have them almost side by side to compare markings. Anyway It was a cool sight. Thanks for all your postings.
