[TopOfUtah] Logan Playa gulls

I went back late this morning to check on the gull situation at Logan River
Wetlands (Sue's Ponds) and found the playa frozen over. No unusual gulls
today, but two Ruddy Ducks were something I hadn't seen recently. There were
still over a thousand gulls (Ring-billed, Herring, California) and it was
nice to see them sliding around on the ice, but no rarities.
