[TopOfUtah] Turkey Vultures

As I was driving into town, I saw one flying over the Logan River at 6th
West and Hyw 89.  I checked it out with the binocs and saw its red thingy on
it's bill.  I also noitced the wings set in a dihedral as it soared over the
river.  It was quite striking.
