[TopOfUtah] Spring migrants

Ryan O' Donnell just called me from the road to report some spring migrants
he saw along I-15 just south of Brigham City.  Ryan saw 15 American White
Pelicans, is 90% sure he had a Double-crested Cormorant, and finally, he saw
a "probable" Ferruginous Hawk.  Nothing rare, but welcome spring migrants
anyway!
