[TopOfUtah] duck w/chicks

birders,

I've got another chick story!!! This morning I went through Albertsons 
parking lot and saw a mother duck (mallard?) w/ six or eight chicks in a 
puddle in the parking lot. This was the grossest oily, poison-filled 
puddle. . . I wanted to grab them all up and transplant them to the marsh.

The other place to see ducklets is fourth west between 2nd south and 2nd 
north. . .in the canal or on the banks.
