[TopOfUtah] RFI Logan Landfill

Ryan,
I was in Logan visiting family over the holidays and I visited the landfill
several times. You just drive up to the gate and stop. If you wave your
binoculars at the attendant, they will wave you right in. I think they must
be used to birders dropping by.
