[TopOfUtah] RFI Logan Landfill

I have never wanted to go to the Logan Landfill with the goal of doing
something enjoyable.  BUT, if I had such a goal in mind, I'd go to the
attendant at the weigh station and ask.  OR, you could get a load of trash
and pay your $10 and just happen to do some gull watching...
