[TopOfUtah] Blue-winged Teal

At about 8:30 PM tonight I spotted a Blue-winged Teal at the small pond just
north of the landfill and south of the fish hatchery. It was with a group of
Cinnamons and I would never have seen it if I hadn't pulled off the road and
scared it out of the culvert below the road. Anyway, I could only make 1
male, so if you're looking for one, it may be there in the AM.
