[redcliffs] Spring

IT'S  S P R I N G....  Believe it or not, A Red-winged Blackbird is singing his heart out in my Modesto Pine tree.  Been going on for three days now.  Why not?  Food at the bird feeder.  Water at the horse trough (the thing horses drink out of), and pasture sprinklers to fly through.  We have had flocks of Redwings off and on the past month.  Now there is just this one..... sending out emails for a female to join him.  Then across the street our neighbor has Modesto Pines and there is a Mockingbird sitting on top of the tree doing its thing.  It's a noisy neighborhood.  If you want a noisy neighborhood, get yourself a big Modesto Pine.
