Just got back from a long trip.... and guess what the best find was...

Right in my back yard... a whole flock of sparrow-looking birds flew in.  I
was standing on the back porch, talking on the phone, when I looked more
closely and found they were something special for my yard.

Three Clay Colored... at least!

Four or five Chipping Sparrows... or more.

There were a few juveniles, just to make the id harder.

Anyway...  is this possible for them to be together.  They stayed in the
flock, and were really making a meal of ants by my window well, and probably
spiders on the house just above the window well.  (If I hadn't looked with my
binoculars, I wouldn't have known my home was just another Burger King.)
