[redcliffs] Surf Scoter

Yesterday afternoon there was a HY type Surf Scoter at Baker Res. Both Baker 
and Gunlock Reservoirs have pretty good numbers of waterfowl on them now 
along with a few Common Loon's and Grebes.

Winter Wren's are back along the Santa Clara river. There seems to be some 
somewhere between Baker Res. and St. George every fall/winter. There were 2 
of them below Gunlock Res.
