June 20, 2006: Zion National Park... Lava Point area... Carol, Keith, and Marilyn Davis found California Condor 81 sitting on a pine tree close by the waterfall on right hand side of road leading into Kolob. We made the appointment and Number 81 showed up just 50 feet from our binoculars. Sooo nice to have birds cooperate.
