[redcliffs] Silver Reef CBC

The Silver Reef Christmas Bird Count went well, even though it rained most 
of the day.  Many birds were apparently hiding, resulting in fewer numbers 
than expected, but the species total at the end was still fairly high (85, I 
think).  Highlights included: Three Snow Geese and Seven Tundra Swans at 
Sand Hollow Reservoir, a Vermilion Flycatcher south of Hurricane, and three 
chipping sparrows (Hurricane and Leeds).
