[redcliffs] Small change

Greetings Red Cliffs list server members,

There has been a small change in how the RedCliffs birdnet works. If you click on "reply" to a message, it will send it back to the poster rather than to the whole group. (it puts the posters e-mail address rather than the RedCliffs at utahbirds.org address in the "To:" blank). If you want to send a message back to the whole group you can change the "To:" box to "RedCliffs at utahbirds.org" mannually or through your address list.

There are 73 e-mail addresses on the RedCliffs birdnet a present, so this change makes good sense, I think -- it makes it consistant with the statewide Birdnet hotline and the BirdTalk list servers and may prevent a personal message showing up in everyone's e-mail box on the list by mistake.
