[redcliffs] Harlan's Red tail

Today in the washington fields there was an Adult Harlan's Red-tailed Hawk. 
Also seen in the fields were 2 dark morph red tails. No Rough-legged hawk 
were around yet. They have been hard to come by in the county the last 
couple years.

The female Barrow's Goldeneye was still at Gunlock Res. this afternoon.
