Looks like we can start the election right away with nominations for two new members of the committee.  You can nominate up to four different people (2 more than the number of positions open) and you don't have to ask them if they are willing to serve -- Lu will ask the top vote-getters and go down the list until we have two that are willing to accept the positions. So nominations are now open.
  
When we have the nominees, I'll make up a voting form and we can have the actual vote.
