Hi Milt,

In regards to the photographed species (Hooded Warbler, Louisiana
Waterthrush), as long as we know the details of the sightings (where, when,
finder, other observers, when photo was taken, etc.), I suggest we put the
information in record format, attach the photos, and have the committee
review the available information. At least in the case of a very obvious
species such as Hooded Warbler, this should be pretty straightforward (as
the bird was captured and banded) even without a written description.

Steve Hedges made recordings of the territorial Cassin's Sparrow that was
singing and displaying in Wah Wah Valley 9-22 Jun, 1999 (first documented
record). I'm sure Steve would still have the recordings in some format, if
the committee would like to obtain a copy and archive the audio.

Thanks,

Rick
