[reccom] Provisional Species list questions

Greetings,

I've updated the Provisional Species List on the Auxiliary List page which can be found through the following link:

There are pictures of two of the provisional species on the website, taken in Utah. They were not submitted with any records, but they definitely are physical evidence.  I was wondering how that should works with the provisional species designation.  (May have to submit the photos to be accepted as physical evidence or not?)

Also I noticed that Cassin's Sparrow was not listed as a provisional species, but I don't recall any physical evidence for this species -- maybe Terry would know about that.

Anyway, those are a couple of questions that occurred to me as I was updating things,
