[reccom] Updated 2009 Utah Checklist

Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone had a fine holiday season.

Attached is the updated draft of the 2009 Checklist (WP rich text file).
This includes the recommended updates on status changes, updated
nomenclature and taxonomic order (AOU 7th, 49th), new species accepted since
2004, changes in review species status, and code for species accepted based
on sight records only. Please take a look and let me know as soon as
possible if you have any comments or recommendations,............. or find
any errors.

The good news is I have secured funding to get a few thousand copies printed
and if possible I'd like to get them to the printers next week. Also if
anyone has any simple artwork (original or non-copyrighted) of their
favorite Utah species they'd like to have on the checklist, please send it
along.  We're hoping to distribute copies of the new checklist at the
upcoming St. George Bird Festival and I'll send the rest up with Lu or Milt
for distribution. Recall the plan is to maintain an updated PDF of the
'official checklist' on the website and make it available to agencies or
individuals to print as they desire.

A special thanks to Milt whose efforts made the new checklist update
relatively easy.
