[reccom] Gull ID

Greetings,

I received a photo of a gull for the Photo Gallery and the photographer said he thought it was a juvenile Western Gull.  I don't think that is the case, but I can't render a confident ID for this bird.

If anyone would like to help me out on this one, I'd surely appreciate that.
