Greetings,

It looks to me that if Kris's proposal to vote on all records using the same criteria (no special treatment for first-state record) that David's proposal, to add another voting category for records that don't meet the first-state guidelines, would not be necessary.  I'm I interpreting this correctly?

If so, we many have to vote for David's proposal with the condition that it only apply if Kris's proposal is NOT accepted.  Does this sound like that way we should approach this?
