Record 2007-29 for a Zone-tailed Hawk was accepted in the  2nd round with a vote of 7-0.

Record 2007-46 for a Pine Warbler was accepted in the first round.

And Record 2007-44 was sent to a 2nd round with a vote of 4-3 and is ready for your reviews.

I assume that Kris's proposal will be in effect on votes from here on.
