[reccom] Oversized attachments

Greetings,

If you'd like to send attachments larger than 400 Kb to the reccom listserv please send it to me and I can post it and send a link to the listserv so it can be accessed by all of the members of the committee. We should be able to share those kinds of things even if the listserv is a bit limited.

For future use, I'm going to create an web page where we can save any "ID helps" that members of the committee come up with starting with Kris's references -- I think that will be valuable.
