A second-round record for a Painted Bunting (2007-17) has been accepted
as a first state record with a vote of 7-0.

Also first-round records for Black Scoter (2007-40), Red-throated Loon
(200741), another Black Scoter (2007-42, a Blackpoll Warbler (2007-43
and a Palm Warbler (2007-45) were all accepted with the necessary
unanimous first-round vote of 7-0.
