[reccom] Dennis is off to Rome

Greetings,

Dennis got back from Spain but had little time before he left for Rome
early this morning (he got off a quick email to me before he left).  He
has received all of the votes and also the proposals and said he would
contact the people involved with the election to let them know about
the outcome. (I assume he will respond to the proposals etc., when he
can).
