Record #2007-39 for a Red-breasted Sapsucker was accepted in the first
round.  #2007-20 for a Pacific-slope Flycatcher was not accepted in the
2nd round by a vote of 2-5 and record #2007-18 for a Scarlet Tanager
was sent to a 3rd round with a vote of 3-4.
