You're welcome to put someone else's address on the checklist or leave mine on there.  Right now the information, pictures, etc., would have to be send to me to be posted somehow anyway and I also still have all the old records and photos at my place, which I can surrender any time to anyone that the committee chooses. Just let me know.

It's not documentation without photos, but there IS physical evidence -- I don't know if that would count though -- just thought I'd mention it.
