[reccom] New Secretary

[Milt Moody]

Milton Moody has resigned as Secretary of the Records Committee.

If you would like me to help with nominating and voting for a new
secreary, I'd be glad to do that.

I will be willing to be the webmaster for the committee pages for the
time being if you would like me to and I've talked to Eric Huish and he
is willing to be the archivist if you would like.

If you would like to send in nominations we can start that process
right away.
