[reccom] Cal. Condor record

Greetings,

I received a sight record for California Condors and figured that this
would present a good opportunity to decide what to do about this
species at this point (I think AZ has this species on their list if I'm
not mistaken).  I've ask the observer to send in some picture he said
he took, so they probably will be coming soon.  If there's anyone
opposed to reviewing this species, please let me know.
