[reccom] Conditional Review List Proposals

Greetings,

Are there any more changes you'd like to propose for the "Conditional
Review List"?  (Or any other proposals you'd like to make concerning
the checklist or anything else?).

Here's the C. Review List as we have it now:

And here are the Proposals Kris has made (as I interpret them):

1. Put the following species in the "Special Cases" section of the
conditional review list:
  - Painted Redstart (? [if seen] out side of its usual nesting place
in the narrows of Zion Canyon. [how should we word this?]
  - Gunnison Sage-Grouse (outside of San Juan County)
  - White-tailed Ptarmigan (outside of Daggett, Duchesne, Summit and
Uintah Counties)
  - Sharp-tailed Grouse (? outside of Box Elder and Cache Counties).

2. Call the list the "Conditional Review List"

3. Make a general statement for out-of-season birds and have the
secretary decide whether to review them or not.

4. Remove the suspect American Black Duck sightings from out "official
UBRC sightings list"

Proposal for the checklist:

1. For the Accedental Species on the checklist put the number of
officially accepted records in parenthesis after the "A"  (i.e. Field
Sparrow  A(1); Scissor-tailed Flycatcher  A(6))
