  Here's a link to the "Out-of-Range/Conditional Review List"  (we probably ought to decide on a good name for it) representing all of the associated proposals that passed:

  If there's anything else we need to add or adjust, please send in your proposals so we can discuss them and vote on them.  (I think Mark said he has some proprosal on the subject).
   
  From Kris's comments I'm assuming one proposal is to include an Extreme Northern Utah area (as defined by Mark) with the Sharp-tailed Grouse species in it.  (Would it be better to put it in the "special cases" group if there's only on species in the Extreme NU group?  -- something to consider).
   
  Another item to discuss:  Ron mentioned that the American Black Duck was released between the years 1929 and 1962 .  So either we ought to mention that on our "official UBRC sightings list" (which I've already done) or remove the sightings that would be found suspect because of releases (that would be all but the last sighting).
   
  It would be good to make sure our list is a good one since we'll be using it in the committee reports and possibly with the "accedental" species on the checklist.
