[reccom] Checklist codes

If we put a pound sign with an asterisk on the field checklist by the species on the "conditional review list"  and provide a webpage address so people interested can look up the species to see if it needs to be documented, that might not be too bad.  I certainly agree that we need to keep the checklist that birders have with them in the field as simple as possible.
