[reccom] Voting

I second Terry's email below, and I fear for the future of the committee
without Milt around to prod and guide us.

There's absolutely no reason to wait more than three months to vote on some
of these records.  If you haven't already sent in your comments.....DO IT
NOW.  The process is incredibly easy and most of these are rather straight
forward records, and many have nice photos. It should only take a couple
minutes to give you opinion on many of these.  So VOTE, and "do so soon".

Hello Committee Members,

The voting by some committee members seems to have come to a halt.
There are submitted records that have been before the committee for
several months with no action.   I do believe we owe it to those who
take the effort to submit records for review to make timely evaluation
and vote within a reasonable time.

 We have discussed the issue of timely voting several times in the past
but the problem keeps resurfacing.  I think our bylaws are very explicit
on timely voting.  Please, if you haven't voted for a while, do so soon.
