[reccom] New Secretary

Every member of the committee has okayed Dennis Shirley as the new
secretary of the records committee.

I'm meeting with Dennis tomorrow for an orientation session, etc., so
he should be ready to take over the secretarial chores soon.

It looks like I'll be doing the website part of the opperation as well
as some of the archiving tasks, so "ya ain't rid of me yet!" 

Dennis should do an excellent job -- good things should happen.
