Mark has sent in a photo for record #2006-26 (Tufted Duck) so we can go
ahead with the 3rd-round vote (Including you Kris).

By the way, Merrill gave me a bunch of his old records which I went
through to make sure we're not missing anything.  Included were nine
picture of a first state record Pomarine Jaeger which you can see at
the following address:

There were also about 30 UFO records from 1982 to 84 which almost
completed the set (for the Utah Field Ornithologists). I've added these
records to the Records Committee Archives and made links to "David's
sighting list"  for species that are no longer review species but have
a list of sightings (mostly because of David's careful record keeping).
