  There have been 5 old records from the '80's that were rejected in the 2nd round and 1 that has been sent to a 3rd round (the one for a Baltimore Oriole).  
   
  The Tufted Duck record received a vote of 4 to 3 in the 3rd round and is therefore not accepted.
   
  There are some other porposals that are coming in about the checklist and the "Conditional Review List" which is now being considered, so if you have other proposals that you'd like to bring up before the committee, please work them up and we can have another round of discussions and then have another round of votes on proposals.
