[reccom] Review List changes

Greetings,

There are 6 species that we are presently considering for removal from
the Review List.  I've gathered some information about sightings of
these species.  The first number will indicate the number of records
accepted by the committee in the last 10 years.  The second number will
indicate the number of hotline sightings that made it into the monthly
hotline reports on the Utah Birds website (in the same period) -- you
can consider this last number or ignor it, of course.

Broad-winged Hawk    7 accepted  (29 reported to hotline)
Northern Parula      7    "      (19 " )
Ruddy Turnstone      2    "      (12 " )
Least Tern           6    "      (21 " ) 
Glaucous-winged Gull 4    "      (29 " )
Common Redpoll       3    "      (15 " )

There are 2 Species the we are considering to add:

Black Swift
Brown Thrasher

If you have anymore suggestion for species to add or delete please send
them in soon. (It might be a good idea to write something about why
you'd like to remove a species or why you'd like to add one).  We
should be voting on these changes the first of next week if that's okay
with everyone.
