identification of Cackling and Canada Goose subspecies.

PS, In regards to Kris's email....If we are going to print checklists for
distribution, I'm in favor of the simpler version of the checklist (i.e.
simply update the 2004 version by adding a few species and updating the
status of a couple others). If we are ambitious and there's a demand, we can
always submit an annotated checklist with more information (number of
records, distribution, etc.) for publication in Utah Birds (or Great Basin
Birds, or Western Birds...).
