[reccom] "special" record posted for a Spotted Dove

We (the secretary and staff) received a hand-written letter about a
Spotted Dove sighting in West Valley City.  It has been placed on the
"Special Sightings" list.  If anyone thinks it would be appropriate for
the committee to review this record, please let us know and we can do
that.

Dennis is out of town, but we have been talking by phone and getting
things organized.  He's on the committee listserv so he's getting the
messages and I'm sure he will be chiming in soon when he's not chasing
birds or visiting family members in various places around the world.
