[reccom] Records Committee Archivist

Greetings,
  Eric Huish has been helping me keep track of the review species sightings that are recorded on the "Comprehensive List" (for the utahbirds.org web site).  I could use his help in get and keeping some of the Records Committee lists in order.  Althought the Bylaws don't mention anything like an archivist or any temperary person to help out the secretary with his duties, I could certainly use the help and it would be nice to recognize that person with some kind of title, like "Archivist."  If anyone has any objections, comments ord suggestions, please chime in.
