[reccom] Forms should be okay

  I think the forms should work now -- I did some tests and they worked just fine.  If there are any votes that are missing, you may have to vote again -- sorry about that.

  P.S.  The problem was that my e-mail system started sending form results to my bulk folder for some reason.  I've monitored the bulk fill for quite a while now, but because I could see anything besides spam that was being sent there, I started to ease up.  I usually get over 100 spam e-mails a day so it's not easy to go through them all.  I hope the new filters I created will keep sending the records committee stuff to the right place.
