[reccom] Bylaw Proposal Vote

Hi Milton,

Just finished 28 days of tours without a break (and about 7 hours of 
sleep after leaving my group at the airport this morning), and should 
be able to catch up with my voting. I just submitted the votes for all 
the records that were past deadline. On another note, did you receive 
my votes on the bylaws? I'm sure I sent them in some time before I 
left, but looking at the vote totals I wonder if you received them. My 
votes wouldn't have changed the outcomes, anyway.
