[reccom] 2 "old" records

Thanks for catching us up like that, Milt.  I am continually amazed what
a workaholic you are.  It must be a lot harder to prepare most of these
records for voting than to actually vote on them (except for difficult
cases like the jaeger).  I think it is important that we strive to be
timely, even if "timely" means three decades rather than four.
 
Keep up the good work!

A record for a Pileated Woodpecker from 1980 and  one for a Rivoli's
(Magnificent) Hummingbird from 1978 have been posted and are ready for
your votes.  These are the last of the historic records we'll be
reviewing.
