[reccom] LeConte's thrasher -- Merrill

Records Committee,
I do not remember the year mostly because I don't list
near misses.  I do remember the place which was about
one mile east of the turn-off up to Welcome Springs
near where the road goes through the narrow pass with
a spring on the right side of the road.  Sorry, but
this is all I remember.  It was a grayish -colored
thrasher, but it was a quick look--not one that I felt
was good enough to call the species.
